Education activity representatives who were qualified to submit notifications for AP or EP activities in 2005–2007 need to complete the Provider Re-accreditation Course to maintain their status in the 2008 –2010 triennium. Re-accreditation of EARs each triennium is an important part of the QA&CPD Program’s quality assurance and quality improvement process. The re-accreditation process is provided free of charge by the QA&CPD Program. We consider re-accreditation to be ongoing professional development and an extension of your original training. The Provider re-accreditation process involves: • completion of an online module • unaided, successful submission of a Category 1 or Category 2 activity application • running the approved activity • successful submission of activity report and attendance list. Contact your state QA&CPD Program Coordinator to enrol in the re-accreditation process or if you have questions about the process.
