How does Multi-Species Gene Recommender (MSGR) work?
MSGR works by first mapping the query gene set from the given species to other species whose microarray data have been processed to be GR-ready. It does a single-species query for each of the orthologal gene sets. The final report returned by MSGR contains both single-species and consolidated multi-species results.
