How does MTES determine the equivalency?
MTES evaluators determine the equivalencies by examining applicant’s educational credentials as an Evidentiary Basis of Evaluation by examining and reviewing all the materials submitted by the applicants against the series of the documents as a Sources of Evaluations. Each evaluation report represents the considered judgment of another qualified credentials evaluators certifying to the validity of the opinion expressed, in accordance with guidelines established by the National Council for the Evaluation of Foreign Educational Credentials.
