How does Mobile Workforce Manager work?
Your company’s field employees use a simple interface on their smartphones to enter shift and job events. Information about the jobs such as date, time, location and other data are collected and sent back to your office using the Cbeyond network. Back at your office the job and location information can be viewed virtually in real-time, using a PC with an Internet connection. Maps, reports and alerts provide detailed snapshots and historical views of the field based employees’ activities.
