First, providers who care for patients with HIV/AIDS are randomly selected and invited to participate; then, the patients of participating providers are randomly chosen to be a part of MMP. Each year, a different group of patients and providers will be asked to take part. The information collected will be more useful if as many of the selected patients as possible participate in MMP.
