How does MiST™ compare to sprays and foams?
The MiST™ delivery system is superior to sprays and foams. The MiST™ nano-droplets are 1/50th the size of an aerosol droplet and remain airborne longer. These nano-droplets travel throughout the air-conditioning system and passenger cabin surfaces. Aerosol droplets are much larger and fall out of the air and just don’t penetrate all areas of the air-conditioning system. Aerosols are wet and can damage interior fabrics and surfaces. Foam treatments require a significant amount of labor and only work on areas it can reach within the air-conditioning system. They are ineffective at eliminating the problem in the passenger cabin.
