How does mileage get credited to my account? Can miles be debited?
Eurmiles will post mileage credits to Member accounts when it receives confirmation from a participating Merchant that the Member has: (a) made a purchase of qualifying goods or services from that Merchant; (b) clicked through to the Merchant’s website when a “click and earn” offer is published; or, (c) taken advantage of a Merchant offer posted on the Eurmiles website. In every case, Members must comply fully with the respective Merchant’s requirements for mileage eligibility. Such actions must be initiated by the Member from the Eurmiles website at www.EurMiles.com for mileage credits to be earned, except in the case of mileage credits earned from direct award by a merchant on the merchant’s website or in the merchant’s place of business. Eurmiles posts mileage credits to Member accounts only upon notice from Merchants, and is not liable for Merchant failure to report such purchases.
