How does Metafer MetaCyte cope with poor slide conditions, i.e. fluorescence background?
As a part of the classifier, which can be generated with the help of the integrated training feature (see above), powerful image processing algorithms can be applied. Since the algorithms can be tested during the classifier setup, and since they can be applied individually for each single color channel, it is easily possible to enhance the signals and to lower the background intensity.
