You may identify an unlimited number of people within your organisation to use Mercer PayMonitor, one at a time, at no additional fee. Each person will “register for access” and create their own ID/password. Note: custom reports, saved queries, etc. are maintained for each user — not by organisation. Prior to granting access, Mercer will contact the primary Mercer PayMonitor user to verify additional users as they request access. When using Mercer PayMonitor, only one person may be in the system at a time within an organisation. However, if you would like to have these individuals access the system simultaneously, then you will need to purchase a “concurrent license” for these people. For an additional fee, you can purchase a license for more than one person to use Mercer PayMonitor at a time in groups of 5 (i.e., up to 5 users, up to 10 users, etc.).
