How does Mercer BenefitsMonitor work with multiple users in an organization?
You may identify an unlimited number of people within your organization to use Mercer BenefitsMonitor, one at a time, at no additional fee. You may purchase “concurrent licenses” if you have multiple users who need simultaneous access. Each person will “register for access” and create a unique ID/password. Note: all users at a given organization have access to the custom peer groups and scenarios created by any user associated with that organization. Prior to granting access, Mercer will contact the primary Mercer BenefitsMonitor user to verify additional users as they request access.
