How does Memeo Backup Professional consume system resources?
The initial backup will take some time and will consume more CPU as the software scans for selected files, backs up the data, and verifies backups simultaneously. Subsequent backups will be much faster as new and changed files are backed up instantly and automatically. During backups, Memeo Backup Professional detects mouse and keyboard activity and throttles back to run in background mode when the computer is in use. If Memeo Backup Professional is the active window or the computer has been idle for at least 15 minutes, the software will run full throttle in high speed mode.
