A. The following default sequence is used to determine the connection method to the MeetingPlaza server. (1) The default connection method under Settings/Communication/Proxy is “Follow setting for Web browser.” The program looks for the following registry keys: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Internet Settings ProxyEnable HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/Internet Settings ProxyServer If the above registry keys are found, the connection is made through the HTTP proxy indicated by the registry keys. If the above registry keys are not found, a direct connection is made. (2) If the connection method has been changed from the default setting, the connection method chosen by the user is used.
