MedLedger’s Chart Notes module features rich text formatting so that you may select preferred fonts, colors, paragraph formatting, etc. Chart Notes also has many file import and export capabilities that accomodate many popular file types such as graphic and spreadsheet files. Interfaces with several other programs including Microsoft Office Suite and popular voice recognition programs such as Dragon NaturallySpeaking® and ViaVoice®.
