How does MediaXpress calculate project turnaround times?
MediaXpress offers 0-day (same day) to 10-day project turnaround times. Day zero is the day MediaXpress receives the following: • Supplied master • Pre-press information • Electronic art files • Final approval Monday through Friday count as productions days. Projects will be ready to ship from our office by the end of the last business day of the designated turnaround time. Holidays, Sundays, and shipping times are not included in the turnaround times. All customer-supplied packaging materials (sleeves, inserts, booklets and inlay cards, etc.) must arrive to our office at least 3 days prior to the scheduled ship date.
