How does Matrix Property Management handle maintenance issues?
Typically, when Matrix receives a maintenance request from a tenant we respond according to the prearranged process determined with the property owner. We understand that some property owners prefer to perform their own maintenance as opposed to outsourcing it. When the work is outsourced a written work order is issued to the appropriate vendor. Matrix is more than capable of handling the general maintenance for most properties with our in-house staff which allows most work requests to be handled internally.
