How does MATRIGEL work on the skin?
For the products of the MATRIGEL family, there are two possible uses with various focal effects. In one way, MATRIGEL is a mask which, when activated with moisture, is applied to the skin and left on for 15 to 20 minutes. The active ingredients of the mask, e.g. the minerals of the algae as well as cosmetic active ingredients, are transported into the skin by the moisture and the skin is thus additionally enriched with moisture. The polysaccharides, which form the algae’s structure, create a fine protective film over the skin. A slight firming effect is often noticeable after the application of MATRIGEL. This application is recommended for people who already have mechanically stressed skin or inflammable lesions, which should only be carefully treated manually. The second possible use is the application as a massageable mask.
