How does MAPPware (ASP) handle hardware / software problems?
Our technical staff will address hardware / software problems as soon as they are identified. If there is a serious problem, users will be notified promptly via email with an expected time for resolution. Software bugs are fixed as quickly as possible. Software upgrades, i.e. new functionality, new reports, are installed every few months. These upgrades are automatically available to MAPPware users without the need to upgrade your workstation.
