How does maketimepay handle invoicing?
maketimepay facilitates invoicing directly from project review screen. Items to be included on an invoice are tagged and the invoice is generated. Importantly, the invoice amount may differ from the value of the work-in-progress. We use the difference to compile a suite of reports showing the recovery project by project or client by client. It is possible to issue a single invoice across multiple projects. A comprehensive debtors ledger is included in the product, which produces statements, aged debtors reports and daybooks.
