SmartWorks project Planner multi user edition trigger e-mail notifications to concerned project participant for some of the important activities. The default mail text / content can be modified by manager/leader of a project using ‘Customize mails’ feature. This feature provides a mail template to suit requirements for that project. Manager/leader can customize the ‘subject’ and ‘content’ of the mails.
