Project money is controlled and managed on a centralized basis from Ahlen. This provides protection against local banking risks, prevents losses through exchange rates and guards against corruption. Step by step, project funds are paid out to the project concerned in the particular country – only ever as much as necessary for the project concerned. Project progress must be documented before further funds are paid out.
