You need to schedule a video crew to tape your presentation and an organization to provide the streaming services. You will also need a web page to display the presentation. The video producer will need to know the date and location of your event, number of speakers, and whether PowerPoint or other multimedia will be used in the presentation. The live video event can be aired as a RealMedia webcast—your viewers will need RealOne Player to view it, or a Windows Media webcast—your viewers will need Windows Media Player to view it. RealOne Player and Windows Media Player are available for free.
