How does Live Meeting integrate with my existing systems and applications?
As part of the Microsoft Office System, Live Meeting enables users to initiate and join meetings from Microsoft Office programs such as Microsoft Office Word, Microsoft Office Excel, Microsoft Office PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office Visio, or from Microsoft Windows Messenger and MSN Messenger. Meeting organizers are able to schedule meetings using Microsoft Office Outlook or Lotus Notes (even when offline). Integration with Microsoft Active Directory provides automated account creation, password management, and account entry for employees on the corporate network. Additionally, Live Meeting’s XML-based application programming interfaces enable developers to integrate Live Meeting with other business systems and third-party applications.
