How does Lead Manager prompt the salesperson to follow-up on leads?
Lead Manager 2.1 has an improved process to ensure prompt follow-up on leads. The sales processes of Lead Manager 1.6 are replaced in this version with user-configured “Next Actions”. Every new lead has a Next Action due on it (i.e. Send Email). The Internet Manager can determine the amount of time before the Next Action is due in Response Settings. When an action is completed on a lead, the salesperson is prompted to schedule a follow-up action. If an action is overdue, the scheduled time in the Action Due column turns red.
