How does Lab Tech service differ from other balance companies?
From the time the first balance was serviced 23 years ago, our priority has been to earn your trust with the intention of winning your business the next time service is needed. We have never abused this trust by pretending to do a full service, hiding any defects to finish a service faster or falsifying documents. Since Lab Tech was returned to the original management, here is a very small sample of troubles weve found in a 6 month period in 2004-2005. Each service with other companies cost the customer at least $100.00. 1) After being told by another service co. the mfg no longer supports the model, a customer spent over $2000.00 to replace an analytical balance giving very unstable readings.
