How does Kwasizabantu view itself and its ministry?
Kwasizabantu is firstly a mission ministry. Our fist calling is to spread the Gospel. Being in existence for 3 decades has resulted in KSB functioning as a church as well. In other words, where the Word is preached, sacraments served and church discipline administered, there is the church. We are Evangelical in doctrine and practise fellowship with all children of God who identify with the basic tenets of the Christian faith. Kwasizabantu does not actively plant churches and converts and people who find help through the mission are sent back to their own churches if they have one. If they feel led of God to fellowship with Kwasizabantu, and they are never under pressure to do so, they are welcome to do so if there is a local fellowship in their area. We reject categorically the typical sectarian idea that salvation is found in a particular church or through a special doctrine.
