How does Kresge define a strategic plan?
Kresge considers a strong strategic plan to include, but not be limited to, the following elements: • An articulation of an organization’s mission, vision, and audience; • Evidence that the organization is appropriately sized and scaled for its community and marketplace, based on market research; • Financial projections that realistically identify expenses and resources to meet them; and, • Buy-in and support of the organization’s mission, vision and direction from staff, board and other key stakeholders.
