How does KPMG support flexible working policies?
KPMG offers a host of flexible programs for our people to take advantage of, to help them at different periods throughout their career when they need to have either reduced work schedules or spend more time working from home; we see more and more of our people taking advantage of those programs. But what’s even more important than the flex programs is the cultural change I see us going through, where we are creating a culture that is more supportive of flexible work arrangements. Where it really is OK for our people to take advantage of those flex programs that are offered. Do you take part in any charitable activities? I believe it’s very important to give back to our communities. It’s been one of the most enriching parts of my career, spending time through board-level activity in a number of community organizations, and KPMG firms support that.
