How does Knowledge Networks know that the person taking the survey is the person that signed up for the panel?
Knowledge Networks confirms the identity of each respondent, particularly when a household will share an email address. The survey invitation will say “This survey is intended for Mary, the 28 year old female.” In the case of shared email address, we also ask the respondent to enter a unique password to verify their identity.
