How does knowing the real age of the Earth translate to “calling God a liar”?
The Holy Bible says that at creation, the earth was void and darkness was upon the face of the earth. It does not say, that what God is about to do, is the first time He had ever done it on this earth as we know it today. How many millions of years could God have allowed civilizations to come and go, before he created this civilization. Obviously this earth, dated by scientists, predates the Bible as we know it, so obviously something was here before He created this civilization which started with Adam and Eve. “Darkness was upon the face of the earth.” Did God cause the earlier civilization to end, by removing the sun, or light as we know it today? Nothing can live without light, and how long had darkness been upon the face of the earth. Think about it.
