Our recruitment process encompasses: • Pre Interview Assessment • Face to Face situational and biographical interviews. • List 99 • Enhanced CRB disclosure, which is free of charge to all candidates • Verification of qualifications • Health screening checklist • Extensive referencing that exceeds the DCSF guidelines • Right to Work and Visa checks • Proof of identity • Proof of Address • GTCE Registration • Bank Account Details Prior to placing a candidate with your school, you will be sent a Safeguarding Children & Safer Recruitment Checklist to confirm details of all the vetting that we have completed on your behalf.
