How does JYM work?
Our brain is fueled by Emotions. Through our own sadhana we realize gradually but convincingly, that our lives are all about ‘Habits of Attention’, which makes our brain a Programmed Processor. Our brain is biologically programmed to learn and this programming is called ‘Sanskaras’. Although many of our learning behaviors become unconscious, the JIN Yoga Meditation creates opportunities for new learning & experiences: It internalizes the locus of control and the Brain changes with regular meditation.
