Cali law actually has its own separate stipulations for jury selection). 2. You need to know how to effectuate the judge’s preferences for voir dire procedures. Does he/she use the six-pack method? Is there time constraints for the length of questioning a prospective juror? What types of questions can you use without the risk of objection? Can you default certain questions to this judge (ie have the judge ask some of the questions in the event that they may be sensitive or embarassing questions)?
