ITRC delivers training courses via the Internet to reach a geographically dispersed audience of regulators, consultants, and other members of the environmental community. ITRC’s Internet-based training courses are delivered in conjunction with US EPA’s Technology Innovation and Field Services Division and use their Clu-in Internet Seminars page. The training sessions last approximately two hours, cover technical and regulatory information specific to environmental technologies and innovative approaches, and are supported by consensus-based ITRC guidance documents. Question-and-answer periods allow for participant interaction with the instructors. At the end of the presentation, participants are guided to links for related documents and other resources available online. People are welcome to participate from their own office or a location of their choice to enjoy the convenience of ITRC Internet-based training. We encourage group participation.
