How does ITN becoming a GDSN certified data pool benefit me?
It doesnt change the benefits that ITNs data synchronization provides to customers today, it enhances them: • With GDSN certification, suppliers that both participate in an existing GDSN and provide product information to ITN will no longer have to do so in order to support transactions of their products within ITNs Collaborative Supply Chain Platform. Suppliers will need only to publish their product information once within the GDSN and every pool will have access to that information. • For suppliers that have not published their data to the GDSN, ITN provides a quick and simple means to both provide their information to trading partners on a global basis through their existing connection to ITN as well as register their products with the GS1 Global Registry. • Customers on the ITN Collaborative Supply Chain Platform (i.e., Order Management and Pricing & Allowance Management customers) will have a central access point to all product information regardless of whether or not the supplie
