How does it work, what happens when the emergency button is pushed?
When the emergency button is pushed, a trained MyMedicAlert Operator will begin a two-way conversation with you to determine the nature of your problem. Carefully asked questions and a review of your emergency data will be used to determine how to assist you. The Operator will remain in contact with you until the situation is resolved. For instance, if you needed the Paramedics, the Operator would dispatch them, and continue to talk with you to keep you appraised and will continue to comfort you until help arrives.
