How does it link with the personalised learning agenda?
Personalised learning offers pupils and students a real opportunity to participate fully in their own education and contribute to decisions about education. It’s not simply about developing children academically, but about educating the whole child. There are many ways of organising personalised learning and, relevant to extended services, these include remodelling the school workforce and looking at learning opportunities beyond the classroom.
