William: I’ve been coming here a long time, roping or cow-horsing, and I was really excited to win this tonight. It seemed like it’s been a real elusive award to win. A lot of times I’ve gotten here and I think the bright lights and the big places have always gotten the best of me. But I felt like I was really prepared this time and was able to capitalize on it. Fun Fact: William and his wife, Michelle, have a 2-week-old baby boy, Caden, to add to their two girls, Mikala, 4, and MacKenzie, 2. “They’ve been really good to me, so I’m looking forward to having this one around.
