M: All of the obvious. There are greater struggles clearly but something that Will Smith said, ‘when you do succeed, set an goal and achieve it, there is a great sense of accomplishment because you know that you have had to overcome great odds’. There is a challenge every single day just to keep your head above water and keep employed. I choose to be more prepared than I’m expected to be.
