How does InterActive Applicant work?
When an applicant is redirected to InterActive Applicant using a unique URL and Job ID, they will be asked to upload their resume into your account/position database as well as answer a series of job specific questions posed by you. They will be able to respond in one of three ways – video (using a webcam), audio (using a computer microphone) or text. You can use one of the methods or a combination of all three to get a better assessment of what an applicant can truly offer.
