How does Innovative Realty differ from discount brokers?
Discount brokers come and go, most offering some variation of a flat fee in exchange for MLS access and a minimum level of service. Innovative Realty is a full-service broker that discounts its commissions. Instead of giving you less service, we simply serve you for less. Also, many discount brokers charge an up-front fee payable upon signing. We don’t get paid until the sale closes.
