• Data uploaded to Claredi Classic via a browser through the Internet: • All transactions through the Internet are performed over 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) • The Web server forwards the data to an analysis server over a private network not connected to the Internet. • The analysis server performs the analysis. • The file and the result report are stored on a secure database server over a private network not connected to the Internet. We do not deal with paper copies, nor do we print any of the information submitted to us. Customer Support personnel may access the data only through a secure user interface that requires the data owner’s permission before the Customer Support Representative is able to see the information. Customer Support personnel are trained in HIPAA privacy and are also subject to the required background checks. All accesses of the data are logged and audited. Company policy states that PHI may not be sent as a part of an e-mail for any purpose.
