How does IFFCOs New e-procurement process work?
A. The e-Procurement process in IFFCO an enhancement of existing vendor system which is already available through IFFCO’s Website for registered vendors. In addition to features like information on new enquiries, PO status, delivery status, payment status etc., the system introduces online submission of bids using digital signatures. At present, the e-procurement system is implemented at Head Office, Marketing Central Office and Phulpur Units for IT related products and services. The system is proposed to be extended to other items and locations in a phased manner.
