How does IDRCs work benefit the South?
IDRC has been supporting developing-country research for the past 29 years. The impact of this support is multifaceted and far-reaching. By providing training for thousands of Southern researchers, IDRC has helped create a critical mass of skilled personnel who are working to address development problems at the local, regional, national, and global levels.
