How does IB fit with AP classes at Cooper?
Cooper’s only stand-alone AP class is Calculus. At Cooper, however, students who take IB classes can take the AP exams in that area in May if they wish. AP English, Spanish Literature and Language, and Physics are popular choices, based on what the students have learned in corresponding IB classes. The reverse is not true: Students may not take an IB exam based on enrollment in an AP class.
