How does IAA Pro perform patient payment transaction? Can I use it for bookkeeping?

0

Yes, you can. IAA Pro has full functionality for patient payment transaction and bookkeeping. For a new patient, IAA Pro sets up the patient account, creates patient profile, and helps you write patient’s history, diagnosis and treatment records, medical codes, purchase order, payment record such credit card/check account information, paid amount, balance, etc. You save all these information as a record in the database. For returning patient, you retrieve the account, write new record or call a previous record, make modifications and then save as it new record for the day of visiting. These account records are stored in the password protected database, you can retrieve the information anytime or generate account reports, create invoices, receipts or superbills, electronically submit insurance claim, or use the information for Tax return preparation. See the windows of Patient Profile and Patient Payment Transaction, respectively.
