HSNP is collaborating with other programmes with similar objectives. The HSNP Secretariat is responsible for creating linkages and establishing partnerships with programmes at the national and the district level including the Arid Lands Resource Management Programme (ALRMP), the World Food Programme protracted relief and recovery operation (PRRO), European Commission funded Disaster Management Initiative (DMI), USAID and FAO programmes in Northern Kenya.
