How does HR Suite work with resumes?
HR Suite is capable of storing all the resumes and any other documents and/or files inside the database as long as you have the software to open the document and/or the file. HR suite calls the client software (such as MS Word, Word Perfect, etc., depending on the file type) and open the document or file you want to access. HR Suite provides you with full capabilities of the client software including any macros, printing, etc. This eliminates keeping several individual files on your hard disk. HR Suite provides the access to any of these files, allows you to edit them as required as save them back to the database. If required, these files can be saved back to the hard disk as an individual file.
