How does HotGigs know that I’ve hired someone?
When you’ve hired a candidate, you simply deactivate the job on the HotGigs site, which then asks you to report if you hired any of the submitted candidates, and the associated start date. This also stops any future submissions of candidates from other firms, and notifies any firms that submitted candidates that their candidates were not selected for hire. We will then check with you the week after the start date of any candidate to ensure they started work with your company, and will forward the invoice for the referral fee.
