Our cost estimates are very detailed. The cost for a typical reception or party will include: The menu that you have requested, all the equipment needed to serve and prepare that menu at the location of your choice, all the china, silverware, glassware, tables, chairs and linens. It will include any little extras that you have requested. The staff will be itemized and is bid by the number of hours each staff person is needed for your event. All of these charges are sub-totaled and our administration fee is added along with the Texas State Sales Tax.
