How does HKJCICM approach commercialisation?
Our general policy on IP and commercialisation arrangements takes into account the nature of projects, HKJCICM and partners’ contribution of funds and intellects, negotiating on a case-by-case basis and subject to the Board of Directors’ approval. We will adopt a proactive IP policy that aims to obtain registrable intellectual property wherever feasible. We will also build up resources to support commercialisation of R&D outputs.
